....the next time a situation like that happens. I bet it does kinda throw people like that off, doesn't it? Yeah, when I noticed him looking at me like that, I smiled at him too, but I just walked on and didn't say anything. I just kinda thought to myself, "well, fuck you, dude. Excuse me for being nice to your daughter." After my initial anger died down, I really didn't think anymore about it, because I figured I'd never see those two again.

That is a good suggestion though...:) I'll say, "Hey, what's up? How's it going there, pal? What's that you say? Why am I looking and smiling at your daughter? Well, my good man, I just couldn't help thinking what a very attractive young lady you have with you. Is she single at the moment? Would you mind very much if I court her? Then maybe after a couple of weeks or so, would you be so kind as to give me your blessing to marry her? May I call you 'Dad?'"

LOL!! And after that, as the card from the Monopoly game says: "Go directly to jail. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200."

(Please disregard that load of crap I just spewed out, I'm in a really goofy mood right now, and no, I'm not drunk or high as a kite.)

Seriously though, I like that suggestion, Spike. I do believe I'll try that (minus the marriage proposal) next time I find myself in a situation like that.
