...I will grant you that hebephilia is more tolerable to some people than pedophilia. Nevertheless, there are many people in society, including the majority of antis, who do not see any difference between pedophilia and hebephilia. Their ideology is, plain and simple...if she is under 18, she is a child, end of story. The media and the legal system has long successfully blurred the line in the eyes of many people, including youths of all ages themselves, of the difference between pre-pubescents and post-pubescents.

Want to hear an interesting example? I'll tell you anyway.

A few months ago, my friend Jenny's 14 year old daughter was standing up for her wedding, and her sister's 3 year old daughter, Dana, was the flower girl. When she asked if she could invite her best friend, her mom said no. So, her daughter remarked, "Then I guess Dana and I are going to be the only two children there."

Imagine that...a 14 year old girl saw no difference between herself and a 3 year old!!!

I'm not saying this is the case with everyone, of course. But there are still many people in society who do not "see" the obvious differences, because the legal and cultural environment conditions them not to.
