and slides it up to the highest point between her legs. your hand is touching her panties. you are frozen! the other adults are just in the next room, and she is clamping your hand between her thighs! when you slowly try to pull your hand away, you meet resistance(as if she is telling you without words,"its ok,dont be scared"). fortunately for you,you are an adult, and you can use your strength to overpower her. sometimes strength is good. with a little effort, you manage to remove your hands from heaven. now what?
the moment is awkward for both of you. she is prolly thinking "is he mad? will he tell on me?" you feel hurt and confused. she wants you to touch her,but you know you cant. you offer a meek apology and then find an excuse to leave the room. she never tries to get near you again. is it fear,or embarrassment? and why would an innocent non-sexual child do such a thing in the first place when you didnt suggest it? was she molested by someone else? should we always assume they have been?
what would you have done? i know it did the "right" thing, but it doesnt feel like i did. she was obviously bothered by my response. not what she had hoped for.
thoughts?
