Well... Probably many opinions here will arise. But all I will say, considering your insights, is that becoming self-aware and comfortable with paedophilia is not an easy task and that alone makes you more open to your own (as well as others') sexuality. Talking about it like we do here greatly increases this as it shows you many different viewpoints and personal experiences.

That said, how old are you? That can still account for some of the AOA changes you can experience, as your own position in the inter-generation-ality changes... If you are a teen, you are probably close to being a big brother's age. If you are 20-ish, it could be a young uncle or teacher. If you are 40-ish, it could be a father... and so on... At the same time, many here have said that their AOA has varied along their life, and it could be your case.

Finally, about your cousin... from my own experience I believe we simply like what we like and that's it. Sometimes a specific person marks us in unpredictable ways, that's true. But I suggest you to just go along rather than try to find explanations for everything. I know I had some (albeit very temporary) crushes on cousins, but never truly fell for any of them. There are one or two things about my mother that sometimes repeat through the girls I like, but many which are different and some even opposite. If anyone marked me, it would be the first two LGs I fell for when I was already "too old" for them... they were 10 and 8 in my 15-16 years. I still remember them very lovingly and many of THEIR features appear regularly in girls I like...

But of course, everyone is different
