In the sense that she could have you convicted with a sham of a trial, ostracized by your friends, family and society at large, insure that you are raped every day in jail (they don't like us there) and chased out of neighborhood after neighborhood when you get out, with the constant possibility that you could have your house burned down and/or face grave bodily harm.

Other than that, though, no difference.
