Not the last bit, but the beginning part.

Hey, what does GM mean?

I bet it doesn't mean general motors, does it?

You know I write short stories, which I'm sure is shocking to anyone who reads my grammar, but there it is.

I had this one idea for a story about a guy who's playing with a little girl. They're out catching butterflys with a net, and the little girl gets one. She reaches for it, and is about to pick it up and says:

'I'm gonna keep it as a pet.'

The guy stops her and says:

'No, you're big and you might hurt it, and besides, butterflys are supposed to be free.'

They let the butterfly go, and the girl runs off to dinner.

As the guy's walking back he looks over his shoulder at her and thinks to himself that the little girl is a lot like the butterfly. She's beautiful, and he'd like to be near her, but he knows that he has to let her be free.

Think about that. Does that help you with your problem?
