Well, Marky, I can't say that I am in your shoes, precisely. I don't feel guilty about being who I am, nor do I have a severe problem with the relatively small amount of physical contact I have with others. Some years ago those circuits burned out, and I haven't had a problem with them since.

But I do want you to know that I understand where you're coming from. It's perfectly human to feel the way you feel. (If anything, I'm the one who is curiously unhuman for not being too affected by it.) I know it's no substitute for what you really need, but I offer it for what it's worth.
