Your, and even more JD and Gators, responses are unfair. I don't read JD or Gators, so they can go screw themselves. They are not my friends and never will be. As far as I'm concerned they do not support GLs and may even be cops attempting to bait others into revealing thier sexual exploits on this board.

Now I must first say that your response, while unfair, does not have the same tone as, well lets just call them "The Fuzz." I would never attempt to manipulate the parents of a child in order to get close to their child. I don't post here in order to find ways to get close to children.

Having said that, I don't believe that there is anything wrong with getting close to children or even having a romantic, safe, and healthy sexual relationship with a child. I just think that it's illegal.

Since it is illegal, and since being charged with this or a simliar crime would totally ruin my life, I can't see how anyone would take any risk at all that could lead arrest and jail. As those advising hetrosexuals often say, if you want to be true to your partner, don't put yourself in compromising situations.

So in answer to your questions about whether I fear that I don't have the self-control to not touch a child in I were to get close to them, the answer is no, I do not fear this, because I take steps to prevent it from happening.

Now if you can't see that the purpose of my post was to advise a young man against doing anything that might destroy his life, then I'm sorry. You are the one who is seeing negativity in my post, not I.

It is my hope that you see that my intentions are good even if you disagree. I don't ask tht you agree with me. I hope you will be willing to see my point of view just as you hope that I will be willing to see yours.
