Didn't y'all notice that this particular mainichi ie "daily" is an MSN ( all pedo-slander, all the time ) product? We're hardly reading the Asahi Shimbun here.

The report was clearly written from an anti-stance, and a western-anti one as well; as the author is pig-ignorant of the history of idoru singers. While most idols peak somewhere between 14 and 16, there are as many preteen idols in Japan as there are in Latin America.

And once again folks, when you see a Japanese girl's age, subtract 1 year to get the western equivalent. A Japanese LG is 8 when she starts her eighth year, not when she ends it :)
