I lie all the damn time here. And, yes, I officially encourage it. I've mentioned more than one profession on this board, and more than one age. I've also mentioned where I live, where I used to live, etc. Do you think I'm telilng the truth? Well.... that's the mystery, now isn't it? Sometimes I tell the truth, sometimes I don't. What's real about me and what isn't? I've mentioned a southern state that I live in, but is it the right one? Maybe I don't live there. Maybe I live on the border and work in that state. Or maybe I grew up there. Or maybe I have family or friends living there. Maybe I've never even been there. I've mentioned being a satellite radio subscriber, but am I? Maybe the guy I car pool to work with has it in his car. Maybe I've only heard it a few times (the times I've commented on something in chat or on the board). I've said that I'm on dial-up, but am I really?

All of these things are irrelevant details about my life, but added all together, they narrow the possibilities of who I could be. For example, if all the things I mentioned above are TRUE, then I'm narrowed down from being one of 300 million Americans (assuming I'm even American) to being one of maybe a few thousand. That's DANGEROUS as hell for us, and that's why a lot of that shit just isn't true... but some is :)

LIE! Lie often and lie well. Small lies, nothing big. Just enough to confuse the enemies who are watching and compiling every bit of information we give. I laugh when I think of how someone somewhere must have all my "details" in some profile and how maybe half of it is pure bullshit, lol.

It's a neccesary evil and it's for your own safety.
