I've encountered kids that I suspected of being sexually abused but nothing about this girl's behaviour just didn't suggest that atall. She seemed negected and uncared for, as if she perhaps comes from a vvery big family where, as one of the oldest, she gets ignored. Apparently her family have no phone of any kind, which is very unusual in my area, so they could be very poor. I'm not suggesting that her parents are actively cruel or set out to hurt her, but perhaps they're just not able to care for her properly. I wish I knew more, but I don't :-(
