Baldur... von Schirach, who, appropriately, led the Hitler Youth.

A man who oversaw the evacuation of children from cities that were being bombed by the allies, and who protested the inhumane treatment of Jews by the Nazis. (He did take part in sending Jews to concentration camps, but in his case I think he was telling the truth when he claimed he did not know that they were being murdered there.)

All in all, not too shabby for a Nazi.
