...I know there are some. But exclusive sexual interest in children by women is something I hadn't heard of by women who identify as having pedophilia.

But you bring up a good point. There are probably more female pedophiles but they simply don't indentify as being such. In that case though, they probably wouldn't be exclusive unless they admit to having no sexual interest at all (because the pedophilia they deny having.)
