Only it would not be conscious pedophilia, at the most it'd have to be subconscious type, as in subconsciously choosing platonic pedophilia. Platonic meaning that even though there are sexual feelings, they are not expressed, they are used in an asexual nurturing way as Plato did with his students... only Plato was aware of his subconscious sexual motivations, whereas most people would not be.

Furthermore, if one were going to go labeling women with -philias for loving kids (which I think is a bit excessive, since I'm not sure the diagnosis would apply to subconscious motivations) then since half seem to like babies more than kids, you'd probably call them nepiophiles moreso.
