Boys really like me. XD

It's funny, but with of my childcare background, and volunteering in my mom's JK/SK class, I am around lots of boys, and for some reason, they really like me. Parents always tell my mom how the guys don't ever shut up about me, and it's really funny because it's not kids that I've gone out of my way to spend time with or anything.

Okay, I'll give you a bonus story for no extra charge... this one happened on the last day of school back in June. I was in my mom's class, which I always volunteer in once a week. Well, I hadn't been there in a while because I was doing overnight shifts during the week and I don't get a lot of sleep during the nights that I don't have work.. so when I work Wednesday until 2 am, and then volunteer with her on Thursday, I don't get any sleep Wednesday night. (Then I work overnight Thursday, am out at FNM untill midnight saturday, and work overnight Saturday.)

So after a few weeks without me the little ones were starting to ask about me. And I wanted to come see them again before the school year was over - so eventually I was able to go see them on the Wednesday (the second to last day of school (which was the last day for the afternoon kids for reasons which are hard to explain). So anyway, when the kids came in, one girl was SOO excited. She was like jumping out of her skin yelling "TAMA'S REAL FIRST NAME IS HERE! LOOK EVERYONE, TAMA'S REAL FIRST NAME IS HERE!" well, as awesome as that was, the funniest part of the whole thing is the looks she got from the rest of the people - who were looking at her as if to say 'yeah, he's standing right there, we have eyes.' And then she flew into my arms and gave me the biggest hug. It was cool too, because this girl has been with us for two years, and she's never really given me any indication that she really gave too hoots about me until that day.

Can't really give you much of a physical description because it's been a while since June. But hey, she's six years old - even six year old BOYS are cute. Let's see... brown hair, kind of on the light side, long enough for a ponytail... probably about up to my thighs in terms of height. (I'm six feet tall.) That's about all I can give ya. :)
