I agree.

It's still going to be a tough fight, though. The law makers and the antis will most likely not be able to look at it as youth rights activism, with views like "You only want them to have equal rights so you can have sex with them and not go to jail blah blah blah. Thats ped activist talk." I can predict it being viewed as the same thing on a few fronts.

I also agree that women who in the past have had older special friends need to be present. It seems the antis like to pretend that these people don't exist and that children have no minds of thier own. If such people are present in this battle and the antis and law makers still refuse to believe it then they're crazy. I wouldn't put it past them to try to throw those people into mental hospitals claiming that they're "still delusional from past abuse". It's just like how most politicians say they don't support gay marriage because they're religious when there should be an obvious seperation of church and state.
