In my view, the most important difference between the fight for gay rights and the fight for ped rights lies here. We aren't looking to be with others of our kind, as is the case with gay and lesbian activists. That the object of our affections are minors makes our situation a little tougher to overcome, for obvious reasons. That being the case, youth rights must be at the forefront of any activism that takes place on our behalf.
