What UR describing is I'm sad to say a female attribute not just something older women do. I work with kids and I can assure you that girls are just as bitchy and horrible at a young age. They can be horribly cruel.

Some learn to control it as they get older. Some act like angels until they get married and then they sink their claws into their husband.

Boys are much simpler. They just resort to punching.
