Web cam sites dealing with children are treading on a slippery slope. I would avoid them like the plague. With the direction laws are going now it's better to be safe then end up in places you don't want to go. Even if it's legal and nothing is going on which even could be considered illegal a concerned parent could find out their daughter is being watched online by an adult man. They could call the police and you could be investigated. Now would you want that? It could be expensive just getting everything cleared up even if it was innocent fun.
