I was brought up in a reasonably open but "normal" (by societies standards) hetero sexual way in so much it was not taboo but only normal sex was talked about. Other leanings were very much frowned on. Like you I did not knowingly know anyone who was gay but it is amazing the number of people I schooled with who have now come out the closet but to me they are still the same person, after all, they are not hurting anyone so who am I to judge?

I must admit the majority of material I read were my fathers "adult" mags that he thought he had successfully hidden, "I don't think so!!"

Like you I would feel empty if somebody turn off the pedo-sexuality in me, it is a part of me. So many so called experts say that it is a mental illness, the self same experts who used to say being gay was a mental illness, (something the gay anti's might want to recall next time the get on their high horses) but being a pedophile is a sexuality in the same way being hetero is, in the same way being bi is and all the other so called legitimate sexualities are.
