So I was at Wally World, shortly after school let out, and there were some lovely little girls.

First I'll note that one girl, about 8, was walking down the aisle but occasionally doing some sort of dance-like movement. It was as if she just couldn't contain herself, and I recalled that this is one of the qualities I like about little girls: whether they are happy or sad, you know it. There's no wondering if she's saying one thing but meaning something else - and it's infectious. I was reminded of something I heard lately about charisma, where someone connected charisma to an inability to avoid dancing when the right music came on and infecting others with the same feeling. How could I not be happy after seeing a little girl so obviously enjoying herself?

Second, while in line a little black girl about 5 or 6 came behind me with an older man who I guess might have been her grandfather, and she started a conversation with me. She proudly showed me her nametag from school, and told me about school and how she didn't like it much. I seldom find black girls attractive, but this one was a doll - and mostly because she, too, had charisma. She was enjoying life and wanted to share it, and I am delighted to have met her.
