As I see it there were three bodies involved.

In order of importance, the body of your Savior, her pristine little package and your old unsavoury carcass ;p Yours certainly had underwear; or at least we hope it did. Hers might not have. And the body of your Lord, incarnate in the eucharist, most certainly did not.

So, since everyone in a state of grace during communion aspires to a Christlike nature, its only appropriate that you were interested in ascertaining the state of her emulation of the Son of Man.

Of course, if we are discussing a more secular "mass," perhaps that of subatomic particles; then your little Miss embodies the question of overlapping eigenstates. Only by introducing yourself as an observer could you hope to collapse her quantum wave function and determine whether she was wearing panties or not. Though the multiple-worlds interpretation requires her to exist in every possible state. So I suppose its not just a matter of panties alone, but of every possible brand, fabric and colour. Gads, it almost makes Catholic doctrine seem simple.
