Yes, all too familiar - the young ones packed off here or there at the whim of another.

The weight of expectation is indeed so unfair. See it all too often with the young ones I work with. Parents can be so self-obsessed. Hope they'll come round to seeing she has a point of view - and that being the one that really matters.
