I agree with Markaba, youth is beautiful, regardless of gender.
(But I'm a CL'er, so...) ;)

If you are in Scandinavia, go to the public baths/swimmingpools, at the afternoons, weekdays. Or anytime at the day in weekends.

The young boys shower naked before and after swimming, and walk around in the nude from the shower to the cabins, where they put on clothes again.

It is a very beautiful sight, I assure you...

Be sure not to sit in the shower/dressing area more than neccessary.
People might be suspicious. But it's a good idea to switch between the sauna and the shower, then you can stay there longer. Then people think you are there for the sauna. But then, don't stay too long in the sauna... ;)
