The others already made the important points.

Feminism as it was conceived was an important and positive ideology seeking to extend the gains of the great revolutions to women.

But once the feminist movement achieved all their reasonable goals, all the reasonable feminists quit the movement and went on with their lives; leaving the label to those adhering to increasingly unreasonable demands and worldviews.

Since, by now, the whole West has achieved all the reasonable goals of feminism, that means that feminism as a movement is pushed further and further to extremism.

Feminism, of course, is not alone. The labour movement at the same time when feminism was being invented was fighting for very basic job safety, 12 hour workdays and one rest day. Today's labour movement is asking for taxes to offset capital mobility across nations and 30 hour work weeks.

Even we will one day be there. Today we are fighting for the right to exist, one day the remainder of us as a movement will be fighting to F babies in the womb whether or not the parents consent to it (let alone the baby).

Funny, though, that so many people insist on the usage of a term ("feminazi") that was at least diffused (and some say invented) by Rush Limbaugh...
