I have pointed out several times that in my view the man-haters calling themselves "feminist" are really more "masculinist", at least insofar as the qualities they value in themselves (anger, stubbornness, bombast) are traditionally associated with males in our culture.

This is why I think we should call a spade a spade. These people aren't feminists--they are culturally masculine and hardly different from the patriarchal males of the past who wanted to control women (and other men). Hence, they are pseudofeminists. "Feminazi" is a deliberately offensive term that came into the popular lexicon via Rush Limbaugh, hardly a champion of fair or level-headed analysis of issues, and we should be above using it. I know there are people here who use it because it gives them some snide satisfaction, not because it is in any sense enlightening. It's as likely to offend genuine feminists as it is the fake ones. Unless you'd like me to start making up offensive words for the groups I dislike (Christianazis? Islamaniacs? Catholicunts? Mormonuts?), I suggest this community grow up and stop using such words.
