I guess you might be right about the things you listed. It just seems to me many of those things were accomplished *after* feminism had already turned sour.

Perhaps I'm wrong about WHEN Feminism began. That looks to be the case. To me, feminism began after WWII. I suppose I'm wrong about that. As for Feminists who lived 100 or even 200 years ago... I have a hard time believing they would not be against child/adult relations, or that they'd even accept men who like girls.

As for the Feminists post-WWII, even in many of their writings you can see some nasty things. Some of them wanted all sexual acts to become illegal. Most of these women are dead now, but I suppose they were fairly recent. As many people note, they believed all sex is degrading for women, among other absurdities.

If I lived 200 years ago, I suppose even I may have been a Feminist, of the sort. I would have wanted things better for the LGs I love. But I know I'd be rolling in my grave if my efforts turned out how they have today. I wonder how the men with political power who allowed Feminism to take off would feel about how things turned out? I certainly wouldn't want a girl's - or any child's - purpose in life to be go to school, get a job, make money, and basically just serve the economy. Personally I think being a home maker, raising kids, etc, is a much more pleasant, important job.

And then there's the issue on how the movement backfired on men as bad as it could have. Now there's feminists who want the rights of men to be as horrible and degrading as possible, by their own admission.

Something's gotta give soon, as far as protecting *men's* rights goes, otherwise I truly fear things are going to get much worse, and eventually there will be gender wars - yes gender wars - on the street. As it is, more and more men are seeing less point in being with women, especially with getting married, and they are either realizing they are gay or pedo. My Uncle himself seems to have zero sexuality. How bad can it get? What's going to happen when almost no men want women any longer? That sounds absurd to think about happening, but it's entirely possible as women keep getting more and more "macho".

And every day we see more and more "men's rights" groups and websites popping up. I wonder what will happen when it becomes big enough for most men to listen to and be inspired by, but the information is still suppressed by the media and politicians?
