You assume--a common fault with you--so much from so little. We do not know that there was an assault. The opposing POV is dead. How convenient.

Like with B4U-ACT you take a lot at face value. You do not seem capable of critical thinking.

Let me run a couple other possible variations of this situation past you:

1. The father wanted the man dead so he created a situation where he had a "valid" opportunity to kill him. Oh, wait, a father would not do that to his own daughter? Fathers have done worse.

2. The girl screamed? From what I have read that is not reported in each news report. And maybe her "screams" were moans of delight. The father could have either misinterpreted the moans, or he could have known them for what they were, sounds of pleasure, and that really pissed him off.
