You're right, I don't know, and neither do you. My opinion is that this guy caught a guy trying to sexually assault his daughter and he understandably snapped. He went too far, but it's not the same as premeditated murder. By all means, let's conduct a fair and impartial investigation.

I think the odds are low, but it is possible that this was some sort of setup or misunderstanding. And of course we all know the societal prejudice that we face, and which unfortunately could compromise the impartiality of the investigation. As usual, I'll try to ignore the personal insults you needlessly threw my way.
