Yes, you can create you own reality via Quantum Mechanics; only so long as what you want is within the parameters of where everything was already headed without you, and that you lower your expectations down to sub-atomic particle locations which don't change anything above the level of Plank's constant.

Quantum Mechanics doesn't override Newtonian for this on the larger scale.

Nobody believes that the large-scale behavior of a system is effected by determining which ( of many possible locations ) the particle will be in when the Quantum wave function collapses. Because the probabilistic locations of the particle don't include the impossible values not generated by the interaction.

Though if you really must believe that you can rearrange matter any way you wish it Dr. Manhattan; then I'd say that Alchemical manipulations are a much better bet for your appeal to Heisenberg than is asking for even more complex wish-fullfillmentium. Lead into Gold could solve a world of problems.

Oh, wait, I forgot. You're anti-Kapitalist. And no amount of observer-effecting Kapitalists will overcome the magikal powers of the Will of The People.

You know, in all fairness to the Neo-Pagans I know; it does no service to sympathetic magic to appeal to Quantum Mechanics for the support that's just not there. Its bad science and bad magik. And you are hardly the only science buff who is interested in ceremonial or other magiks. Just the only one I know whose understanding of each is clouded by the attempted conflation with the other.
