I really don't understand how all this works. I know I'm wrong, but my reasoning is this:- If the 'LG' is actually a 45 year old cop, then there is no LG involved. And could not the victim claim that he KNEW there was really no LG, but thought it was somebody just role playing, and that he expected to meet some 30+ year old woman who was also into role playing?

The cop, of course, WAS role playing.

Or would that still be an offence anyway?
