No one has claimed this. We have only claimed that it is nigh impossible to differentiate abuse from non-abuse when authorities exert heavy pressure on participants to believe they were abused.

Humans do not have instincts (in the strict sense of the word). Human intelligence is derived from the fact that we do not simply follow set programming, but that our minds are plastic and unformed. All you have asserted is that children are more capable of learning than adults.
