Just make sure London has a huge supply of condoms to hand out to the players; make sure you have nothing bad to say about any of the hosting companies for the duration of the games; and most of all, prepare to show how proud you are for holding the games in 2012 by paying off the massive debts the city will incur as a result for the next several decades! ;-)
