To an extent most religions teach they are safe from corruption. Yet your faith is based upon an assumption that your are right just because your beliefs make you feel good. I can't believe what I'm hearing... it's alright for Catholics to change their Christian laws, but not any other sects? For crying out loud, after all the Islam-bashing, this methodology is even more insane than Islam.

You don't see how the 'pope' doctrine may have been created just to get people to do whatever one man says, without question? Not even Hitler, Bin Laden, or Saddam were bold enough to say whatever they preach comes directly from God and they are infallible.

Yeah well, that's the thing about the hypocrite God of the Bible. One minute he preaches peace and pacifism, the next minute he's saying to go to war, kill kids, and rape little girls. Yes, that's all in the Bible, did you know? God ordered rape and the intentional killing (executions) of kids in the Bible. Though I'm fully aware of how you guys sleaze your way out of this one, as you've recently started saying the Bible is not necessarily the word of God and that not everything in it is accurate.

That's the thing about any religion.... no matter how stupid it is, and no matter how many facts debunk it, you can always come up with new explanations to get around reality.
