If you're going to date teens who are over the AoC, but under the age of majority and the drinking age, I'd just be careful about giving them alcohol (especially if you purchase it for them), tobacco, drugs, porn, etc. While the sex itself isn't illegal, you can still be busted for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and related charges. And if you make any home sex movies or even if she just "sexts" you, it can also be considered child porn if she's even a day under 18, even if she's over the AoC.

Be careful about online communication with her, IMs, emails, etc. There was a guy in Arkansas who got busted because he IM'd his girlfriend about sex when she was over the AoC but under 18. He's now a registered sex offender, not sure if he went to prison or not. This isn't aimed at anyone in particular, just a general friendly warning. :)
