Indicted? For what and by whom? Apparently it was not illegal for the girls to pose, there being no specific law - unless you can point to some reliable evidence (in English) - Mr.X not being one of them.

Since the shooting was not itself illegal in Ukraine (the materials are certainly illegal in the West, though), the authorities looked for accusations of sexual contact against the producers, which they would be able to charge.

I've never seen a consistent list of accused parties, but everyone knowledgeable says the agencies were about a dozen people each. Any of the Tymoshenko cases has more defendants.
