Given that you have so many problems with pleasure:

1) Do you simultaneously oppose painful/harmful sexual activities? If so, how do you reconcile both contradictory positions?

Opposition to pleasure should mean that it is good to cause pain to children, in which case you should be approving of sadistic activities.

2) If science managed to completely eliminate endorphin production or reception (which can be done today through opioid antagonists; but I mean to eliminate production or reception permanently at the cell level), would you then start to approve of child sexual activity, given pleasure no longer enters the equation?

Opposition to pleasure should mean that its biological elimination would also do away with the problem you see in its existence in sexual contexts.
