If I had to wager, I'd say that the chances in 30 years of adult-child sex being accepted are much less than the chances that some authoritarian government will have taken over, tracked all internet pedophiles down from NSA databases and executed us.
So, if the question you come in to GirlChat with is, "How can we make a world where sexual activity with kids is OK?" I can see you will have to be an optimist, and perhaps the degree of optimism gets pumped up to match the seeming difficulty of the transformation.
It's not an either-or. It's if we can't achieve the former we can't avoid the latter. The technology to track us down and execute us will surely exist. The only thing which will save us is if child-adult sex becomes accepted.
