This, then, would enforce secrecy upon even the widest circle of approvers for fear of what damage an Anti and the State could do. And we all know that secrecy introduces a toxic element to love; even when it cannot be avoided.

The State always reserves the right to intervene over others. So no amount of parental "ownership" can prevent them from being tipped-off by a third party.

The only way to remove the third party's ability to trump even the widest possible support for consent is to remove the ability for anyone to veto her consent. We already have laws to do this very thing. We just need to be willing to give her access to what we know to be right when we create a justice we're willing to abide by ourselves.
