Here's a transcript:

I wonder if he was influenced by Dan Savage's "Gold Star Pedophiles" columns or James Cantor's series of sympathetic pieces that came out around 2 years ago. Even the language has some similarities.

I have no idea where he got the 5% / 95% split from. That would be great if true.
