I wasn't even aware of the California law you cited, so thanks for that info. California probably leads the country in crazy laws being passed. Anyway, here's a source link to the story:

Granted, this only applies to colleges in California, but it's backed by the Obama Administration and they have to start somewhere. Colleges are a good testing ground for them and then they plan on trying to pass this in other places, I'm sure. I think any man is well within reason to be frightened by this current strain of left wing authoritarianism. If we don't have actual liberals to act as a counterbalance to right wing authoritarians, then we get screwed by them both. And unfortunately, libertarianism is still on the fringe politically, even though an increasing amount of people are identifying with the ideology.
