Having a sexual orientation is not a trait automatically incapacitating the ability to harm those with the demographic features of the desired.
Most rape, as the experts point out, is not about sex. Its about power. It may come from loss of control or lack of boundaries. But its not an expression of the orientation.
And even in the cases where someone does love the other party ( like spousal rape ) the rape is not an expression of the orientation per se.
So we already know that there is an overlap where some Heteros are Rapists. But that the latter doesn't require us to treat the former as a predictor, precursor or any indication of a propensity to rape.
Pedos are no exception to being human.
But the knowledge that rape isn't about orientation seems lost on most when they look at us.
Further, they feel a special need to keep biological adults from having sex with each other that they create statutes against it when one partner can be legally declared to be a "child."
Then they conflate the consensual with the unconsensual and draw conclusions from the flaws in their ability to think clearly.
I have seen the "GLers cannot be Molesters" argument before. It is false. But it better reflects the essential truth that when the two meet the orientation is irrelevant; unless you are trying to distribute the lie far and wide in order to encourage folks to believe that a ) the Monster is real AND b ) you are a crusader for denouncing this bogeyman. Antis do that. Even antis of a Pedo nature.
( No True Scotsman would argue that you can't be a Pedo AND and Anti. But we've seen cases where the two overlap. )
