what does the school know?

More often than not, schools are first reporters. If the school isn't informed she is being medicated it is going to be easy. Pose as a teacher/parent of another kid noticing pills and mood changes. Even if the school is informed: pose as a teacher/parent noticing she is sharing the pills (even if she doesn't). Bonus points if she sells them! (Be sure to give her the money for her "dealing profits")

I personally have a very relaxed attitude to minors being curious about recreational drugs, and I realize many will experiment with them whether they are allowed or not, whether any adults know it or not. But this is different. Psychiatric drugs are questionable on human rights / constitutional grounds even in adults; have a worse record for side effects than even alcohol (the world's most consumed recreational drug,) are pushed as part of Big Pharma and Big Shrink cronyism... they are child abuse, period! People complain of parents refusing to vaccinate, blood transplants, or some other medicine and call that child abuse. No, *this* is child abuse.

To some degree I sympathize with the idea that CPS is not the child's friend and so should not be called without exhausting other avenues, such as cutting her hair, dressing her up as a boy and moving to Alaska; but pushing psych meds to kids is one of the few things where I wouldn't regret an asshole CPS agent targetting some parent with all their power.
