Kashmir is getting a lot of attention. I would say it's getting the wrong attention, though.

If you mean the Eastern states, though, then yes, they're not getting attention. Though I presume that China is watching closely, just deciding not to act and rather prioritize the Southern sea theater. I wouldn't blame them.

And if you mean Nepal, so far the grassroots seem to be strong enough.
