Pre-marital pleasures

"For example, the Acts of Peter has a man wanting to marry Peter's 10 year old daughter after seeing her bathing."

Translation: I saw your daughter's body. She's hot. I want to have carnal knowledge of her. But the only way to do that "virtuously" is to marry her first.

Not that we shouldn't commit to and respect the girls we want to share sexual pleasure with, but that shouldn't necessitate the extreme of marriage (especially in a strictly religious context).

"Also, I argue for the restoration of the pre-1917 Canon Law minimum age for marriage of 12 years old for girls"

I'm not going to say that 12 year old girls are too young for marriage, but it is a serious and ideally longterm life decision that shouldn't be made impulsively. More importantly, I don't like the religious implication that the only way to "virtuously" share sexual pleasure with another person is within the bonds of marriage. It is a very restrictive and selfish perspective.
