Dissy, the example of Fayla you have brought demonstrates the gruesome fate of adult-attracted children and adolescents quite correctly.

The common argument of anti-choicers and child protectionists – "why kids do not argue for their sexuality, and their freedom in general" – is both factually wrong (underage activists do exist) and shows the severe misunderstanding of the modern kids' situation. Nowadays, up until you're 18 (or 21), you effectively have no liberties whatsoever, and are fully at mercy of adults who are state-and-society approved to control you. While adult activists for highly unpopular causes have at least some legal guarantees and protections – ones which can be discarded for "the public good" with relative ease, of course, but still present at least to some degree – underage activists have entirely nothing.

Being a child or adolescent, you effectively have no right to privacy, no right to gather information and to self-educate, no right to choose with whom to associate to what organisation or community belong. And if your protest is visible enough, or your resistance is staunch enough, the adults who are entitled to control you can, and very likely will, do anything to break your will "for your own good". You can be locked into any facility these adults intend to lock you into, forced into any therapy they wish to enforce on you, subjected to any treatment or punishment which they consider necessary – and you cannot even appeal to your legally protected liberties, since you have none.

And if the adults entitled to control you turn out to be devoted freedom-lovers (a very unlikely case these days) and will not try to do the aforementioned things to you... well, in this case they will almost certainly be condemned and punished by other adults, entitled to have power over them, who will take you from them and force you into the control of other adults - ones who will perform their state-and-society-prescribed duties in accordance to the demands of state and society: this is, they will lock you, “cure” you, punish you for your disobedience.

In such situation, it requires a truly outstanding inner strength and great social skills for any underage person to stand for an unpopular cause. So, it is not a surprise that only a few kids dare – and manage – to raise their voices against the state-and-society enforced narrative.
