I'm pretty sure my response, in my best Austin Powers, would have been, "Yeah baby, yeah!"

I once had a 7 year old girl strike a pose with a hand on her hip and ask, "Do you think I'm sexy?" I nodded emphatically and said "Yes, yes I do", but there were no adults around. It made her smile.
