If it happened, someone willed it. There is no such thing as unintended consequences. If rape and physical abuse happen (and they do) it's because someone wanted them to happen, then they did them.

The cause of rape are rapists. The cause of physical abuse are physical abusers.

That rape and physical abuse happen means that rapists and physical abusers exist.

And, yes, a sick, infectious individual must be culled to preserve the health of the species. I stand by that. I'm not a murderer, but neither am I suicidal either as an individual, as a race, or as a species.
