Are they picking off my secret heroes one by one?

Another well-known and rare hero to me. Another wonderful blend of grit and class (CNN contract aside). More reasons I cannot reveal.

And another one gone. Leaving another young daughter without a dad, by choice this time, so the media instantly concludes for me.

How does one reconcile the admiration for a life lived with the apparent choice of tapping out before their duty to a special LG in their life has been fulfilled?

Not sure I'm buying the narrative on this one, but it's a damned selfish thing if true.
