When I'm talking about moral panic, it's not one or two individuals(Roy Moore, Trump) but how it's framed. Such as "Hollywood pedophilia" or "Democrat pedophilia" or the "LGBT movement is mainstreaming pedophilia".
Not specific individuals, but groups that pose a "threat". In that way, Pizzagate is more like the Satanic panic(moral panic) than the Roy Moore accusations.
